Escape to the sunshine

January 2020 and our Christmas escape to the sunshine and warmth of Lanzarote and the wonderful Casita Amancer.  We had been wanting to experience the Casita for some time, this being our 20th visit to Lanzarote but our first time in December.  A perfect package of peacefulness, scenery, and solitude in the hills of Tabayesco. The Casita had everything we needed including a plentiful supply of bath and tea towels and fluffy bath robes! It was roomier than we anticipated which was a bonus. Took a while to work the TV but help was at hand from Jan. A car is essential here but car hire is so reasonable and there is so much to see on Lanzarote that a car is a must have anyway.  Arrieta and Punta Mujeres a couple of minutes drive down the hill for Supermarkets and wonderful intimate Restaurants.

We loved our stay at Casita Amancer and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone wishing a relaxing, quiet time away from the main Lanzarote resorts. Gill & Paul.
